The
Allegiance provides a feeling of privacy and seclusion with
unforgettable accommodations. The mansion features a harmonious
blend of traditional and antiques, infused with Victorian
and contemporary furnishings. For your enjoyment, there
are fireplaces and crystal chandeliers throughout the mansion,
an inviting guest dining room with an adjoining sunroom,
a cozy library and grand parlor with a baby grand piano.
The Allegiance's guest dining room creates the ambiance
to enjoy holiday and special occasion events. During the
holidays the mansion is thoroughly decorated in the spirit
of the season with nutcrackers and 12-foot Christmas trees
in various themes throughout the main floor and second floor
of the house.
There
are nine unique and distinctly different guest suites, all
named after prominent historians that were very influential
in the community in the early 1800's, and each is tastefully
appointed with a king or queen size bed and private bath.

Reservations:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
All cancellations must be in writing and must be made within
14 days notice of check-in date. If less than a 14-day notice
credit card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
For special events, group bookings and affairs, or reservations
made 14 days or less prior to arrival, the total cost of
the reservation is charged in advance. Due to very high
demand - All reservations secured for Graduation Weekend
and Parents Weekend must be paid in advance and will not
be refundable.
For payment, we gladly accept Cash, Traveler's Checks, VISA,
MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.
Check In & Out:
With
advance notice, we can assist you with an early check in
if your room is available or we will be glad to store your
baggage until your room is ready. Early arrivals are not
guaranteed early check-in without prior notice and/or advance
arrangements being made with the Inn Keeper.
With
advance notice, late arrivals up to 10:00 p.m. can be accommodated.
For late arrivals, the full amount of the reservation will
be charged to the credit card prior to the arrival.
