36 mile walking and biking greenway trail system located
directly behind the house is open year round. Great for
cross country enthusiasts in the winter time. Also, just
2 miles from the house is Letchworth State Park, the "mini"
Grand Canyon of the East, provides hiking trails, spectacular
views of the natural falls and gorge throughout the park.

miles from house. Cross country skiing opportunities are
abundant along the entire region.

are plentiful and endless activities available, golfing,

the fall the area is bursting with color when the leaves
